A few years ago I was visiting my cousin and she made this for breakfast along with french toast and pan cakes. I had to ask for this recipe. You will be surprized with the taste of this. Sounds like a funny combination, but believe me THIS IS GOOD!

Ingredients For cousin gail's glazed apples & sausage

2 lbuncooked pork sausage links

2 lgtart apples, peeled and sliced (may not desire to peel)

1 lgonion, chopped or sliced as desired

1/3 cwater

1/4 cpacked brown sugar
How To Make cousin gail's glazed apples & sausage

1Cook the sausage acording to package directions.

2Meanwhile, in a large saucepan,combine the apples, onion, water and brown sugar.

3Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add the browned sausage, heat through.

5Serve hot with pancakes or french toast.
