Some times the weather just isn't right for grilling when you are in the mood for it. Whether it's too hot, too cold, or raining outside, you can still enjoy the great flavor of BBQ with this easy recipe. The sauce does have kick too it, so if you would like adjust the heat down a notch or two. My suggestion would be to hide your spoons ... every time someone walks by - they want to taste it!

How To Make country ribs with siracha dippin' sop

  • 1
Sprinkle ribs liberally with Grill Mates seasoning. Place in crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours.
  • 2
While ribs are cooking, add all of the ingredients for the sop in a medium sauce pan and cook on low heat stirring occasionally, until ribs are ready to be pulled to drain drippings. Don't taste it at this point - the siracha and vinegar need some time to mellow out awhile.
  • 3
Remove ribs from crock pot and set them aside.
  • 4
Drain all of the drippings and remove the "stuff" that accumulated at the bottom. Place ribs back in crock pot.
  • 5
Pour sauce over ribs and continue cooking on high until tender about 2 more hours. Rotate ribs so that they all get a chance to cook in the sop about every 30 minutes or so.
  • 6
Serve ribs with small bowls of sauce for dipping and enjoy!
