    country style spare ribs
  • 2 md
    apples(cortland or granny smith)
  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 6 md
    potatoes, sliced in 1/3s
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

    In dutch oven or large kettle, LAYER PORK> ONION> APPLE> BRWN SUGAR> POTATO till used .I put worc.sauce in the water then pour over.Bring to boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours
