Ingredients For country pork ribs & cabbage

3 lbcountry style pork ribs

1 mdgreen cabbage head -- chopped
-
1 mdwhite onion
-
4 mdyukon potatoes -- peeled & cubed
-
1/4 capple cider vinegar
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspcooking oil -- your choice
-
as neededsalt & pepper -- season your pork
How To Make country pork ribs & cabbage

1Heat your oven to 325° F.

2Place the cabbage, onion, and potatoes in the bottom of a Dutch oven.

3Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

4Add seasoned pork ribs and cook until browned on each side. Remove pork and place over cabbage. Pour off fat.

5Combine vinegar and brown sugar in a small bowl.

6Add to frying pan, stirring to remove browned pork bits from bottom of pan.

7Pour over ribs and veggies.

8Cover & bake for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 155° F.
