Ingredients For country ham and corn casserole

2 ccooked ham, cubed

1/2 cgreen onions, chopped

1/2 cmargarine or butter, melted

3eggs, beaten

15 ozcan cream style corn

11 ozcan mexicorn (whole kernel corn, red & green peppers) drained

1 pkgcorn muffin mix (7 to 8-1/2 oz box)

4 ozcheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
How To Make country ham and corn casserole

1Grease 12 x 8 (2 quart) baking dish.

2In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into baking dish.

3Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 2 minutes to melt cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
