1/2 ccanola oil

2 call purpose flour

2 tspsalt and pepper

1/4 tsppaprika

How To Make country fried pork chops

1put oil in skillet and heat to high. in larg bowl put all the ingredients, take the pork chops and coat them with the flour and shake off excess put in oil and cook until golden brown put on plate and take the skillet and add onion and cook unitl it clear add some of the flour mix about 1/4 cup and cook until it browns add milk bring to boil lower heat and simmer until it thickened. you can add chop in to the gravy or put gravy on the side .
