1 mdonion, chopped

1 mdgarlic cloves, crushed

10 ozfresh spinach

1/4 tsporegano

5eggs, beaten slichtly

1/2 ccountry dijon mustard

29-inch pie crusts

1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated
How To Make country dijon sausage pie

1In large skillet, cook sausage, onion and garlic until sausage is crumbly.

2Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.

3Place mixture in large mixing bowl.

4To drippings in skillet, add spinach.

5Cook, covered, 2 minutes or until wilted.

6Cool slightly.

7Chop.

8Add to sausage mixture.

9Mix in oregano, eggs and mustard.

10Pour in pastry-lined pie shell.

11Sprinkle with cheese.

12Top with pastry.

13Cut vents.

14Bake in preheated 400 oven 35 minutes or until browned.
