Ingredients For cotelettes de porc a l'erable (maple pork chops)

    pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    maple sugar or brown sugar
  • 2/3 c
    apple juice

How To Make cotelettes de porc a l'erable (maple pork chops)

    Saute chops in butter until brown color on both sides.

    Season with salt and pepper

    Mix together flour and maple sugar. Sprinkle on chops and add apple juice.

    Cover and cook for 40 minutes at 350'F. Toward the end of cooking, remove fat that accumulates in the casserole.
