2 ccornflakes (crushed into crumbs)

How To Make cornflake baked pork chops

1Trim excessive fat from pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. Beat egg in a shallow dish, then stir in milk.

2Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture, then press into the cornflake crumbs (on both sides). Place cornflake-coated pork chops on a shallow pan, coated with vegetable spray.

3Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, then turn over the pork chops and bake an additional 20 minutes or until done.
