    loin pork chops
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    cornflakes (crushed into crumbs)
  • salt & pepper

How To Make cornflake baked pork chops

    Trim excessive fat from pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. Beat egg in a shallow dish, then stir in milk.

    Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture, then press into the cornflake crumbs (on both sides). Place cornflake-coated pork chops on a shallow pan, coated with vegetable spray.

    Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, then turn over the pork chops and bake an additional 20 minutes or until done.
