4Gather your ingredients (mise en place).

5Rub the pork with the dry spice rub of your choice and let sit in the fridge for an hour or two.

6Add the pork and beef stock to your pressure cooker or Instant Pot.

7Pressure cook on high for 60 minutes.

8Remove from the cooker, allow to cool for a bit, and then shred.

9Drain off the accumulated liquids.

10Stir in the BBQ sauce and serve.
