1 & 1/2 cmushrooms

2 tspminced garlic
- SEASONINGS, SAUCES, OILS

1 pkgonion soup mix

1 &1/2 cbeef broth

1 tspolive oil

1 tsppaprika

2 tspthyme

1 tsprosemary, dried

2 tspsea salt

1 tsppepper

1 tspworcestershire sauce
How To Make comforting pot roast

1Start by putting your slow cooker/crock pot on high setting (or slow if you wish for it to cook for a longer amount of time) and add the olive oil to pot.

2Place pork roast in pot.

3Wash all veggies. Cut celery, carrots, potatoes, onions and mushrooms into bite size pieces (or smaller/larger if you wish)

4Add garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, onion soup mix and worcestershire sauce over meat.

5Add all cut up veggies over the meat and seasonings.

6Pour beef broth over top of everything in pot.

7Place lid on pot and cook for at least 5 hours on high.
