Oh so good pork chops w/ a cider glaze. Goes perfect w/ sauteed aplles and cabbage!

Ingredients For cider glazed prok chops

  • 6
    boneless pork loin chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 c
    apple cider
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    dried rosemary
  • 1 pinch
    red pepper flakes

How To Make cider glazed prok chops

    Season chops w/ salt and pepper. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides, remove chops from skillet, place on a plate.

    Place butter in skillet to melt, stir in garlic, cook 1 min. Pour in the vinegar, scraping the bits from bottom of pan. Add cider and mustard. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in rosemary and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Put chops back into pan and cook about 5 mins.
