my boyfriend absolutley loved this recipe! full of flavor and the brining process makes the chops so moist.

Ingredients For cider brined pork chops

4 ccold water

2 capple cider
-
1/2 cpure maple syrup

1/4 ctable salt

2 lbbone-in pork chops

1 tspolive oil, light

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make cider brined pork chops

1get a big bowl and a 1 gallon ziploc bag -put bag in bowl and add the first 4 ingredients mix well till salt is dissolved. add pork chops and close bag and make sure pork chops are fully covered.

2put in fridge for 3- 4 hours then take out pat dry. massage with olive oil, salt and pepper. put on heated grill. ( i use the foreman grill!)

3cook 4 to 10 minutes and wallah! a great meal. i serve with buttered noodles and corn.
