4chorizo sausages

1 lgonion, cut into thin strips

1 clovegarlic, minced

1red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

1 can14.5 ounce diced tomatos in juice

1/2 chot water

1/2 cvegetable broth

1bay leaf

How To Make chorizos a la pomarola

1Boil the sausages for 10 minutes in a pan of water and set aside.

2Heat oil in large skillet

3Add onions and garlic and cook until clear.

4Add the peppers, salt and pepper, ground chili pepper, and paprika and cook for 4 minutes.

5Add the tomato, the hot water, the vegetable broth and the bay leaf.

6Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

7Add sausages and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

8Serve with mashed potatoes or bread.
