I love the flavor of fresh chorizo! Have made hamburger chili Macc for years. So I thought, why not " chorizo" chili? So good!

Ingredients For chorizo chili macc

1 lbfresh chorizo sausage,casing removed

1 mdonion, diced

2 cantomato sauce, 15 oz.

2 canlight red kidney beans, drained

1/2 pkgchili seasoning, hot & mild

1 boxmacaroni noodles,cooked

8-10 ozvelveeta, cubed
How To Make chorizo chili macc

1Cook macaroni according to directions.

2Remove casings from chorizo. In a large pot, Brown chorizo with diced onions until no longer pink.Drain if needed.

3Add the remaining ingredients except cheese & noodles, stirring until well combined. Simmer until chili is completely hot. Reduce heat.Add cheese, stirring occasionally until all cheese is incorporated.

4Add cooked noodles, mix well. Cover. Allow 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
