2 lbpork belly sliced into spare ribs size

1/3 choisin sauce

1/3 csoy sauce

2 Tbspeach shaoxing wine, or dry sherry and honey

4 Tbspbrown sugar

2 clovegarlic minced

1/2 tspeach chines five spice and red food coloring
- GLAZE

1/4 ceach hoisin sauce, and soy sauce

1 Tbspeach shaoxing wine or sherry and honey

1/4 tspeach chinese five spice and red food coloring
How To Make chinese red roasted pork belly

1Mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, honey brown sugar, garlic, Chinese 5 spice and red food coloring together. Add the Pork belly and marinate overnight.

2Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line a roasting pan with foil. Place the grate in the bottom of the roasting pan. Add the pork belly and discard the marinade.

3Roast the pork belly for 2 hours turning every half hour.

4Mix the ingredients for the glaze together in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low and reduce by half. Serve the glaze over the pork belly
