I got this out of an old cookbook of my mom's. Its a quick casserole to put together after work.

Ingredients For chinese noodle casserole

1 lbregular bulk pork sausage
-
1/2 cchopped celery
-
1/2 cchopped green pepper
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 canchicken and rice soup
-
1 cwhite rice (don't use minute rice)

1 canwater
-
1 cancrunchy chinese noodles
How To Make chinese noodle casserole

1Brown sausage, then add the celery, green pepper, and onion. Cook until vegetables are semi-soft. Drain the grease.

2Add all of the other ingredients (EXCEPT the Chinese Noodles) and stir to mix.

3Spread the Chinese Noodles in bottom of 9X13 pan. Pour sausage mixture over noodles. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through
