Blue Ribbon Recipe
A fusion of Italian meatballs with an Asian flair. Sesame oil and onion add tons of flavor to the meat. We opted for ground pork, but ground turkey can also be used. Water chestnuts add a delightful crunch. The zesty pork meatballs are served over a bed of white rice infused with toasted sesame seeds and fresh green onions. All that's needed is a little drizzle of soy sauce for an irresistible and easy meal.
