6pork chops, 1 1/3 lbs
- GROUP ONE

1egg
-
1/2 tspeach salt and minced garlic,

1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
dash of pepper
-
1/2 Tbspsugar
- GROUP TWO
-
2 Tbspeach soy sauce and water
-
1 Tbspeach vinegar and sugar
-
2 Tbspeach minces green onion, ginger root, and garlic

4 Tbspcornstarch

oil for deep frying
How To Make chinese fried pork chops

1Tenderize pork chops with mallet or rolling pin till thin. Add GROUP ONE, marinate 1 hour (i leave mine over night). Coat with cornstarch before deep frying.

2Heat oil. Deep fry (or skillet fry) 4 minutes or until golden and thoroughly cooked. Remove and dip in GROUP TWO. Add chopped red chili pepper if desired.
