chili bacon macaroni and cheese

This was a spur-of-the moment dish and it came out tasty! I mostly don't like using prepared, boxed stuff, but I was pressed for time; this would probably be better from scratch using elbow macaroni and none of the packet cheese, and regular chili powder instead of the one fished out of the ramen packet, but using what I had was great for a quick meal. Next time I also will add some diced chilies and carmelized onions.

Ingredients For chili bacon macaroni and cheese

2 boxmacaroni and cheese

1 pkgramen chili powder packet

4 ozmunster cheese
-
4 ozsharp cheddar cheese

1/3 cparmesan cheese

5-6turkey bacon strips
How To Make chili bacon macaroni and cheese

1Boil noodles. Preheat oven to 375*.

2When drained, mix with milk and butter as per boxed directions, and add in munster, sharp cheddar and parmesan cheeses.

3Add chili powder packet. Mix well.

4Pour noodles into casserole dish. Top noodles with bacon.

5Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crisp. Enjoy!
