This recipe came from a Rival Crock Pot booklet from the 1970's that I tweaked to my own preference. One of my family's favorite meals. Pork will be so tender you can cut it with a fork. Photos are from Google Images.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For chicken lickin "good" pork chops

6 - 8lean pork chops 3/4 to 1" thick

1 cflour
-
milk to dredge
-
2 Tbspdry mustard

1 1/2 tspgarlic salt

1 tspgarlic powder
-
pepper to taste

2 Tbspoil
-
2 canchicken and rice soup
How To Make chicken lickin "good" pork chops

1Dredge pork chops milk, then in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, garlic salt, garlic powder and pepper.

2Brown (do not cook) in oil in large skillet.

3Place browned pork chops in crock pot.

4Pour can soup over top.

5Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 3-1/2 to 4 hours)
