Ingredients For chicago dog skewers
- FOR THE MARINADE

1 lgshallot grated on a box grater

1/4 cyellow mustard

3 Tbspapple cider vinegar

celery salt to taste

8hot dogs cut into 2 inch pieces

1 ptcherry tomatoes

8dill pickles cut into 2 inch pieces

16whole pepperoncinis

1 Tbspcelery salt
How To Make chicago dog skewers

1Mix the marinade ingredients together. Place the hotdogs, tomatoes, pickles, pepperoncinis in a bowl. Add the marinade and mix. Sprinkle on some celery salt.

2Let marinate for 1 hour. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 20 minutes. Thread the hot dogs, tomatoes, pickles, and pepperoncinis.

3Grill over hot coals turning and flipping until browned well but not too long or the tomatoes will explode. Sprinkle with celery salt and serve
