Ingredients For cheesy pork casserole

1 ccrumbled blue cheese

1 lbdry rigatoni pasta

2 Tbspolive oil
-
3fresh boneless pork chops, sliced

1/4 cdiced medium red onion
-
2large carrots, chopped
-
1 Tbspranch seasoning
-
1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper
-
margarine
-
1 cheavy cream
-
2 cancondensed cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz)

8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
3/4 chalf and half
-
1 tspseasoned pepper
-
1 cshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
-
1 cshredded Swiss cheese
-
1 cshredded colby jack cheese
-
1/2 cdry bread crumbs
How To Make cheesy pork casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled blue cheese evenly.

3Cook rigatoni pasta according to package directions; drain.

4Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops, red onion and carrot, and saute for 6 minutes or until are tender. Stir in ranch seasoning and sea salt/black pepper. Remove from heat.

5Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Combine heavy cream, soup, cream cheese, half and half and seasoned pepper; stir well and let it simmer for 8 minutes.

6Mix in pork chop mixture and cooked rigatoni. Remove from heat.

7Pour into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with cheeses and bread crumbs.

8Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheeses are bubbly.
