older folks need calcium and when ya don't drink milk like me i try and find way to get it in me in the healthiest ways.... fat free cottage cheese works... kinda like lasgna meat if fact i bout named this lasgna meatloaf

Ingredients For cheesey meatloaf

3/4 lblean ground beef

3/4 lbfresh pork sausage

1/2 sleave whole wheat saltine crackers
-
2/3 cmixed color bell peppers
-
1 pkg[24 oz tub] fat free cottage cheese

2 lgeggs
-
2 cketchup, divided
-
1 Tbsponion powder
-
1 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbspitalian spice blend

12/3 tsporegano, dried

1 tspdried celery leaves
-
1 Tbspdried parsley flakes
-
1 pinchred pepper flakes

sliceprovolone cheese

1 tspdried chives
How To Make cheesey meatloaf

1first put saltines in food processor mix til fine remove put in lg bowl next put 1/2 beef,1/2 pork and 1/2 cottage cheese in food processor mix til well blended add 1 egg mix well add to bowl with crackers... do same with other 1/2 of the same stuff

2now mix all dry spices except for chives into small bowl add to meat mix,add 1/2 the ketchup and bell peppers mix well cover with foil put in fridge let set all afternoon

3pre heat oven to 375 put meat into round pyrex dish[make sure dish is big enough to add stuff to top] put foil on top bake for 45 min add rest of ketchup replace foil bake 25 min more remove foil add sliced cheese and chives bake 10 min more or til done let rest bout 10 min before servin in wedges
