2 Tbspfresh parsley chopped

3 Tbsppanko bread crumbs

1 smonion chopped

3 clovegarlic minced

2 tspcrushed fennel seeds

salt pepper and olive oil

241/4 inch sq pieces smoked provolone cheese
How To Make cheese stuffed pork and fennel meatballs

1Place some oil in a saute pan and saute the fennel, onion and garlic until softened. Let cool a bit. Mix all ingredients except cheese.

2Roll into 24 balls. Press one piece of cheese into the center of each ball. Roll the ball around the cheese.

3Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or fry in olive oil
