Ingredients For cheese stuffed pork and fennel meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 sm
    onion chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 tsp
    crushed fennel seeds
  • salt pepper and olive oil
  • 24
    1/4 inch sq pieces smoked provolone cheese

How To Make cheese stuffed pork and fennel meatballs

  • 1
    Place some oil in a saute pan and saute the fennel, onion and garlic until softened. Let cool a bit. Mix all ingredients except cheese.

    Roll into 24 balls. Press one piece of cheese into the center of each ball. Roll the ball around the cheese.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or fry in olive oil
