Very easy to make....and is great if you like to do freezer meals. Oh and is YUMMY! ;)

Ingredients For caribbean jerk pork tenderloin

1 pkgpork tenderloin (there will be two in a package)

2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspdried thyme
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes

1 pkgof dried italian dressing mix
How To Make caribbean jerk pork tenderloin

1Mix everything together except the pork tenderloin. This mixture will make a paste.

2Place tenderloin in large zip loc bag and pour mixture in the bag. At this point it can go into the freezer to be used at a later date.

3If using that day....marinate for a least 2-4 hours. Grill over med. heat until no longer pink.

4This Marinade can be used with 6 chicken breast as well. Great for making Kabobs!
