Ingredients For cajun-style pork chops

1 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/4 tspwhite pepper

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

4pork chops, 3/4 inch thick

1 Tbspbutter or margarine

1 can14.5 oz. can cajun-style stewed tomatoes
How To Make cajun-style pork chops

1Combine spices together. Sprinkle pork chops on both sides.

2In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add chops and cook 5 minutes on first side, turn and cook 4 additional minutes. Drain and return to skillet.

3To the skillet add tomatoes; cover and cook over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Remove chops to a serving platter and keep warm. Cook sauce until thickened and spoon over pork chops.
