Ingredients For cabbage rolls

3 pounds ground beef

2 pounds spicy sausage

1 large head of cabbage

1 large onion
-
1 clovegarlic or 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 cuncooked rice
-
1 bottletomato or v-8 juice

1 tspsalt and pepper
How To Make cabbage rolls

1In large pot, steam large head of cabbage until tender. Seperate leaves from head of cabbage

2Mix together Ground Beef & sausage, Add in Onion & garlic & salt & pepper & uncooked rice. Mix well

3Make a ball of the meat mixture that will fit into leaf of cabbage with Ground beef mixture. Roll cabbage leaf to cover completely the Ground beef mixture. Use a toothpick, to secure, if needed Place in dutch oven. Cover with Tomato or V-8 juice.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cook Cabbage rolls for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
