This is an English Pub recipe that I discovered years ago. My 3 boys and 1 girl LOVED it. And they didn't like cabbage until I made this recipe. I generally doubled this recipe and made 2 large pots of this for them. Most of the time there was hardly anything left. This meal will fill up the bottomless pits or hollow leg syndroms of kids. And it is a cheap affordable dish that is good.

Ingredients For bubble and sqeek

1kielbasa sausage roll

6 mdpotatoes with skin

1 mdhead of cabbage
How To Make bubble and sqeek

1Slice Kielbasa into bite-sized pieces. Wash and cut up potatoes (leaving the skin on them). Add both of these to a large pot of water (covering potatoes). Cook until potatoes are almost done (fork test).

2Chop up cabbage and add to potatoe/kielbasa mixture. Cook until cabbage is tender. Serve mixture in bowls with liquid (like a soup).
