I like more vinegar in mine so I add more than what I have in this recipe. I have to watch sodium intake so I leave out the soy sauce when I make it, it still tastes great. Watch you glaze and keep stirring it will burn very fast and will not taste as good.

Ingredients For brown sugar and balsamic glazed pork loin

2 lbboneless pork tenderloin (or regular pork loin)

1 tspground sage

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 clovegarlic, crushed

1/2 cwater
- GLAZE

1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/4 cbalsamic vinegar
-
1/2 cwater
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce (opt.)
How To Make brown sugar and balsamic glazed pork loin

1Combine sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub over roast. Place in slow cooker with 1/2 cup water.

2Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

3About 1 hour before roast is done, combine ingredients for glaze in small sauce pan. Heat and stir until mixture thickens.

4Brush roast with glaze 2 or 3 times during the last hour of cooking. Serve with remaining glaze on the side.
