These chops have a nice Dijon mustard sauce that gives the chops a tangy taste, no other seasoning is required to produce jucie, flavorful chops.

Ingredients For broiled dijon pork chops

  • 4
    loin pork chops, 1 1/4 inches thick
  • 3 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar, or red wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    chopped fresh chives
  • 1/8 tsp
    dried trragon

How To Make broiled dijon pork chops

  • 1
    Place the chops on a rack in a broiler pan ( or on a charcoal grill ) so the meat's surface is 4 to 5 inches from the heat. Broil at medium temperature for 10 minutes, turn and broil for another 10 minutes.

    Brush the chops with a mixture of the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, chives, and tarragon, and broil for 5 minutes. Turn , brush the second side with the mustard mixture, and continue, turning every 5 minutes and brushing with the mixture, until the chops are tender.
