3 cseasoned salad croutons

1 Tbspolive oil

4sweet Italian sausages, sliced

3kielbasa sausages, sliced

1 cheavy cream
-
4eggs, lightly beaten
-
3/4 chalf and half
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1 Tbspseasoned pepper
-
2 cbroccoli florets
-
1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
3/4 cshredded colby jack cheese
-
1 canfrench-fried onions (2.8 oz)
-
1 cshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make double sausage casserole with broccoli and cheese

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add salad croutons evenly.

3Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add sliced Italian and kielbasa sausages and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.

4In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, eggs, half and half, cream cheese and seasoned pepper; whisk together for 3 minutes until blended.

5Mix in cooked sliced sausages, broccoil florets, and shredded cheeses.

6Spoon into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with french fried onions. Cover with aluminum foil.

7Bake for 25 minutes. Take them out of the oven. Remove the aluminum foil. Sprinkle with extra sharp cheddar cheese.

8Return to the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
