1/2 lbpork sausage

12eggs

1 Tbspdry onion flakes

1 candiced green chilis
-
2tomatoes diced

12slices american cheese

12flour tortillas

salt and pepper to taste

How To Make breakfast burritos

1Soak onion flakes in about 6 Tablesppons of water, drain when needed. Cook sausage crumbling till cooked well, drain. Return to pan add tomatoes, drained onions and green chilis, saute for about 1-2 mins

2Beat eggs very well add to meat mixture scramble till eggs are cooked all the way

3Take a flour tortilla tear or cut a slice of cheese in half place on tortilla, put approx 1 eggs of egg/sausage mixture roll up in wax paper. either refrigerate or microwave 30 seconds.
