A wonderful marinaded and glazed ham for the holidays. Perfect for Easter.

Ingredients For bourbon ham

110 - 12 lb fully cooked ham

1 corange juice

1 cbrown sugar
-
1 cbourbon
-
1 Tbspground cloves
-
1 Tbspwhole cloves - enough to stud ham
How To Make bourbon ham

1Place ham in heavy plastic bag. Mix all ingredients except whole cloves. Pour over ham. Enclose ham in bag. Refrigerate overnight.

2The next day, reserve marinate. Put ham in baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour, or until heated through.

3Remove skin and shave fat to 1/4 inch. Score fat into 1 inch diamonds.

4Insert whole clove in each diamond. Baste with marinate. Cook 1/2 to 1 hour more, until glaze is a golden brown.
