bonnie's ham slices with pineapple and cherries
This is an old recipe from the 50's that we used to get dinner on the table in a flash. It can be done in less than 30 minutes, too. You can put your own spin on this dish by adding what you like. We like it with Cilantro Rice or mashed potatoes and a green vegetable. You can use pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple, or add other fruits. My son used to pick the cherries out of the dish when he was little, now I notice his little boys do the same thing! Enjoy!
