thick cut pork chops
1 (8oz) can

mushrooms drained.
3 oz

whiskey
1/4 c

soy sauce
1/4 c

chili sauce
1/2 c

honey

How To Make bob's sweet & sour pork chops.

You will need a 12' cast iron skillet.

Preheat the oven to 350...Put pork chops into a greased 12" cast iron skillet.top with mushrooms.
Mix sauces,honey and whiskey together in a med mixing bowl.Pour over pork chops.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
