Ingredients For bob w's teriyaki pork chops

  • 20 Oz
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3/4 c
    honey
  • 3/4 c
    red wine
  • 1 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    thyme, dried
  • 12
    1 1/2-inch thick pork chops
  • 1/2 cup
    teriyaki sauce

How To Make bob w's teriyaki pork chops

    You will need a deep roasting pan. I used a large cast iron dutch oven over this fire. You can also make this in the oven.. In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients but pork chops..Mix well over low heat..Bring to almost a boil..

    Let cool. Then pour over pork chope that are in the roasting pan. let marinate for 4-6 hours.In the frige Pre-heat oven to 350.Bake in the sauce till meat starts to shrink from the bone..About 2 hours

    Pour of half the juice so chops are 1/2 covered. Cook till chops are tender and caramelized about 30-45 min... I served these over cooked rice..
