Got this from a PREGO jar. But of corse I had to make some changes.. It is very good.

Ingredients For bob"s pork chops mozzarella

  • 2 lg
    eggs ( i used a duck egg)
  • 6
    pork chops, boneless, 3/4
  • 1/2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 sm
    onion,diced
  • 1/2 lb
    italian pork sausage,caseing removed
  • 1 1/2 c
    spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz
    mushroom pieces
  • 1 1/4 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, light
  • 1/4 c
    buttermilk

    In a 10-12" skillet add olive oil,add sausage cook till no longer pink,add onions and mushrooms cook till onions are soft..Add spaghetti sauce, set on low and simmer..

    in a shallow pan beat eggs add 1/4 cup buttermilk and mix. in another shallow pan put in bread crumbs... Pre-heat oven to 400. dip pork chops in egg mix then in breab crumbs.

    In a 2qt oblong baking dish arrange pork chops. Bake for 20-25 min, pour spaghetti sauce over chops sprinkle with cheese,bake for 10 min more. Serve with baked potato...
