Ingredients For blt with perks

  • SAMMIE FIXINS
  • **bacon, thick slices, pepper crusted
  • **texas toast
  • **tomato slices
  • **onion slices
  • **leaf lettuce
  • **thick carrots
  • canola oil for frying
  • MAYO
  • 1/2 c
    miracle whip
  • 1/2
    ripe avocado
  • 1 sm
    jalapeno seeded
  • 2 Tbsp
    black olives
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    granulated garlic

How To Make blt with perks

  • 1
    Cook bacon. Slice tomatoes, onions, pull apart lettuce. Toast bread.

    Cut carrots into small "sticks". Deep fry for about 5 min. till done. They taste like sweet potato fries.

    Place 1/2 small avocado, 1/2 small seeded jalapeno, 1/2 c. miracle whip, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives, 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic in food processor. Give it a whirl until fully blended.

    Spread mayo on toasted bread, top with lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon and fried carrot sticks.
