Ingredients For blt with perks
- SAMMIE FIXINS

**bacon, thick slices, pepper crusted

**texas toast

**tomato slices

**onion slices

**leaf lettuce

**thick carrots

canola oil for frying
- MAYO

1/2 cmiracle whip

1/2ripe avocado
-
1 smjalapeno seeded
-
2 Tbspblack olives
-
1 tsplemon juice

1/4 tspgranulated garlic
How To Make blt with perks

1Cook bacon. Slice tomatoes, onions, pull apart lettuce. Toast bread.

2Cut carrots into small "sticks". Deep fry for about 5 min. till done. They taste like sweet potato fries.

3Place 1/2 small avocado, 1/2 small seeded jalapeno, 1/2 c. miracle whip, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives, 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic in food processor. Give it a whirl until fully blended.

4Spread mayo on toasted bread, top with lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon and fried carrot sticks.
