1/3 cblack bean paste

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspchili oil

1/2 tspcornstarch
- QUICK PICKLED CUCUMBER

1 lgcucumber peeled and cubed

1 tspsalt

1/4 crice vinegar
- GARNISH

2green onions finely chopped

How To Make black bean pork

1Mix the chopped cucumber with the salt and rice vinegar and set aside. Mix the cornstarch and water together and set aside.

2Mix the black bean paste, soy sauce, brown sugar and chili oil together and set aside.

3Place the ground pork, green onions, garlic and ginger together in a large skillet. Cook stirring until the pork is no longer pink. Add in the black bean paste mixture. Cook 1 minute. Add the cornstarch and water mixture. Cook until thickened a bit.

4Serve over cooked rice with a side of the cucumbers and garnished with green onions
