  • 1 box
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 16 oz
    frozen fully cooked small italian meatballs
  • 19 oz
    bag frozen uncooked cheese tortellini
  • 2 can
    condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    cajun/creole seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh garlic
  • 16 oz
    frozen california blend vegetables, thawed

    In a slow cooker, combine Meatballs and Tortellini.

    Pour over Tortellini Mixture and mix well. Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours.

    While Slow cooker is cooking, sauté mushrooms and set aside

    At 3 1/2-hour mark stir in mushrooms and vegetables and cook for 30 minutes more.
