A recipe that was shown to me by a old friend many years ago have fixed many a ham this way and have received many compliments hope you all enjoy

Ingredients For big greg's ginger honey ham

    vernors ginger ale
  • 1 bottle
    raw honey
  • 1 lg
    ham

How To Make big greg's ginger honey ham

    Choose Your favorite Ham I prefer Kentucky Legend Hams but everyone has their own favorite place your ham in roaster pan pour I bottle of raw honey over your ham then pour atleast half to three fourths of a 2 liter bottle of Vernors Ginger Ale over the honey and ham put in oven at 275 to 300 for 1 hour take out stir up juices and I inject the juices into the ham but you can just baste the ham with the juices if you like. Place back in oven and bake slowly on a low heat injecting or basting ham every hour for about a total of 4 hours or until you feel it's done to your liking let cool about 15 to 20 minutes before you start to slice your ham and enjoy
