Blue Ribbon Recipe

Enjoy these beer brats on a warm summer day or when watching your favorite football team. Cooking brats in beer adds robust flavor to them compared to the almost sweet and savory sausage. Grilling them crisps up the skin. Placing the grilled brats back in the beer to keep warm lets the beer's flavor infuse even more. Perfect recipe for summer grilling and to feed a crowd.
