My cousin and I were going to make homemade dog food for our dogs [they never even got to taste it]. Take your time with this because the longer it cooks the better the flavors. We were staying at a beach cottage in July during a cold spell and this came in very handy for a cold days meal. GREAT AT TAIL-GATE PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients For beach bum stew

2-3 lbcut ends of beef from butcher shop, cubed what ever he has left over

2 eachred onions and green peppers, chopped

4 shots ozrum or brandy

1 each Tbspsteak sauce & bbq sauce

1 half tspsalt and pepper
-
2 clovegarlic minced
-
6 sliceamerican cheese

1bay leaves
-
1 lbhot italian pork sausage , cooked and chopped

3 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 Tbspvegetable oil , for cooking sausage

1 stickbutter
-
half lbmushrooms, canned or fresh

2 qtbeef broth
How To Make beach bum stew

1start by cooking and draining sausage. simmer onions ,peppers and mushrooms along with beef in 4 or 5 quart pan or crock pot till veggies become soft.

2then just add everything else and let it simmer for 3 to 4 hours. enjoy
