Make sure to separate each rib at the bone before searing. Also, I have made these with boneless pork loin cut into the size of country style ribs. They also freeze well, not that you will really have much leftover!

1 lgsliced onion

1lemon and peel, sliced thin

How To Make bbq ribs, theresa's

1Brown ribs in skillet. Put in oven with sliced onion and lemon (remove the seeds) on the bottom of the pan. Bake at 450 degrees 30 minutes. Bring to boil the remaining ingredients, reduce oven to 350 degrees and pour half the sauce over the ribs. Bake additional 30 minutes, cover with remaining sauce and cook another 30 minutes or until completely cooked. These are my favorite ribs!
