When I made pork chops I used to "Shake-n-Bake". Then, I found this recipe and this is our go-to for pork chop night!!

Ingredients For barbecued pork chops

8rib pork chops, 1 inch thick

flour
-
1/4 cshortening
-
2 Tbspflour

2 Tbspprepared mustard

1/4 cchopped onions

1/2 tspground cloves
-
1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 capple juice
-
1 ccatchup
How To Make barbecued pork chops

1Dredge chops in flour. Brown in shortening. Pour off excess fat.

2In a mixing bowl add the 2 Tablespoon flour to mustard and make a paste. Add remaining ingredients.

3Blend well and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
