Make this quite often, The family loves it when I make it I've all so used stuffing instead of the potato's a great hit with the family

Ingredients For baked scalloped potato's and pork chops

  • 4 to 6
    pork chops
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 lg
    potato's
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded,
  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

How To Make baked scalloped potato's and pork chops

    Peel, sliced and rinse potato's shaking excess water off placing the potato's in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan

    I a small mixing bowl mix the mushroom soup, milk and salt & pepper to taste. Pour over the potato's, place the pork chops on top, cover with foil and bake FOR 45 min uncover and bake for 15 more min, the last 5 min cover with the cheese
