Again this is an easy recipe and tasty. I love the quick fix meals that do not sacrifice flavor or quality.

Ingredients For baked pork & yams

  • 2-3 lb
    pork shoulder roll
  • 2 can
    17 oz each, yams, drained
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    miniature marshmallows

How To Make baked pork & yams

  • 1
    Slice pork into 1/2 " slices, overlap in a baking dish...bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.

    Remove, place yams around meat. Combine sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over potatoes. Dot with butter or margarine and add marshmallows.

    Place back in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
