How To Make baked pecan-crusted pork chops

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

    Combine the pecans, black pepper and salt in a pie plate.

    Beat eggs in a pie plate or cake pan.

    Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated.
