Take Jalapeno Popper Dip, thin Top Round Steak, and wrap it in bacon and grill it. This is a delicious low carb meal. My son has lovingly dubbed these "Stacons."

Ingredients For bacon wrapped steak poppers aka stacons

  • 8 oz
    neufchatel cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayo
  • 1/4 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan
  • 4 oz
    can chopped jalapenos (do not drain)
  • 1 1/2 lb
    thin top round steak
  • 12 slice
    thick bacon

How To Make bacon wrapped steak poppers aka stacons

    In a bowl, combine neufchatel, sour cream, mayo, cheese, and jalapenos. Spread a tablespoon or so onto a slice of thin steak; roll it and wrap with a slice of bacon. Repeat with all steak rolls.

    Place rolls on a greased piece of foil and place foil on grill. Grill until done on all sides.
