8 ozneufchatel cream cheese

1/2 csour cream

2 Tbspmayo

1/4 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded

1/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cgrated parmesan

4 ozcan chopped jalapenos (do not drain)

1 1/2 lbthin top round steak

12 slicethick bacon
How To Make bacon wrapped steak poppers aka stacons

1In a bowl, combine neufchatel, sour cream, mayo, cheese, and jalapenos. Spread a tablespoon or so onto a slice of thin steak; roll it and wrap with a slice of bacon. Repeat with all steak rolls.

2Place rolls on a greased piece of foil and place foil on grill. Grill until done on all sides.
